An early step in calling a rostered leader is completing a congregational mission profile, a document that describes your congregation's history, ministry, membership, community, and leadership needs. The intent is to help a congregation to call the leader that can best serve the congregation as it lives out the good news of God in its community. The profile helps express who your congregation is now and what you want your ministry to look like in the future.

A blank congregational mission profile form can be obtained by calling the synod office. If you would prefer to fill out the form electronically, go here to download the form. To complete the form, you need to download a program called Formatta Filler. The Formatta forms have the most professional appearance, are easiest to fill in, can be saved to make updates easy, and can be emailed to the synod office.
