Dr. Herbert Chilstrom, who served as bishop of the Minnesota Synod (LCA) from 1976-1987 and as the first Presiding Bishop of the ELCA from 1988-1995, will speak at St. Barnabas Lutheran Church in Plymouth on Monday, January 29 at 11:45 a.m.
