Bishop Peter Rogness will present a proposal on a new structure for the Bega Kwa Bega partnership at this year's fall festival on Nov. 17. Theproposal seeks to address the discrepancy in the financial records described last June and to pursue a course of action that will put the partnership on stable organizational and financial ground for the future. In order to prepare for this presentation, you are invited to read the proposal and asked to print a copy to bring with you.
