Children, youth, and family ministry people always seem to have extra stuff in their cupboards and closets–VBS supplies, Bibles, crafts and supplies, curriculum, etc. The CYF Joint Leadership Team has scheduled this SWAP MEET so that these materials and other ideas can be shared. Breakout conversations will be held on these topics: children’s ministry, confirmation, milestone ministry, and high school ministry. The schedule is as follows:
9:30 a.m. Swap Meet Set –Up
10:00-11:30 a.m. Show and Tell, Session 1; Topical Conversations: Children’s Ministry and Confirmation
11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Lunch (either bring a bag lunch or buy lunch at the Franklin Café)
12:30–2:00 p.m. Show and Tell, Session 2; Topical Conversations: Milestones Ministry and High School Ministry
