Luther Seminary is seeking a flexible, cordial individual for the position of Administrative Assistant in the Office of Seminary Relations. This position supports the department by being the first point of contact for visitors; by answering and directing incoming department telephone calls; and provides clerical, computer and other necessary support for the department. The position provides primary support for the Philanthropic Advisor team, Sustaining Fund team, and the Philanthropic Associate. Under general supervision of the Director Development, this position has internal working relationships with all Seminary Relations staff and student workers, as well as external relationships with donors, volunteers, constituency, and the general public.
