Communication Director

Responsible for the overall communications strategy and brand of Trinity, Stillwater including coordinating, prioritizing and overseeing production of all communication media and materials that promote and represent Trinity. The position assures that all communication media and materials are produced to the highest standards to keep Trinity’s mission and message consistent, accessible and professional. Serving as a member of the Core Leadership Team, the position collaborates with the leaders of all ministry areas on publicity and communications in support of desired ministry outcomes.

Product Marketer

Seeking a strong collaborator who can utilize business and marketing trends to strategically execute marketing campaign that build customer loyalty. Will develop comprehensive marketing plans and creative briefs; manage messaging across all marketing communications (print, digital, web, social media platforms, etc.); educate internal employees on assigned brands; prepare for events and conferences; and actively monitor and analyze the results of marketing tactics, taking appropriate action to improve performance.

Marketing Director

Helps achieve the mission of Augsburg Fortress Publishers by building and growing strong brands. Seeking a marketing generalist who can lead strategy development; plan, monitor and analyze campaigns; manage a high-performing and agile marketing team; provide expertise in emerging channels and tools; lead the work of creative external resources; effectively collaborate with internal teams; and achieve annual sales, customer retention and market share goals.

Administrative Assistant

Communicates and works with congregation, pastor, and community members with office related responsibilities while assisting with the overall management of the church office functions. Qualifications include spiritual gifts of administration, organizational skills, willingness and capability to work independently, competency in computer skills of Microsoft Office and other member/financial database software.  Experience in church related environment is preferred.

Admissions Counselor

Supports Luther Seminary’s mission of “educating leaders for Christian communities” by recruiting gifted thinkers and promising leaders to the various degree programs offered at Luther. Provides guidance and supports to prospective students through the discernment and application process and is a positive, passionate representative of Luther Seminary.

Learning Designer and Technologist

Parish Administrator

Ability to communicate clearly; verbally and in writing with patience, warmth and graciousness. Computer skills for desktop publishing of bulletins and newsletter, membership databases, calendars, posters and mailings.  Use of printing, folding and publication assembly machines. Ability to prioritize work.  File organization and maintenance. Scheduling of volunteers.
