Seeking innovative individual to provide leadership for the Residential Life department of Luther Seminary. This position is responsible for all aspects of campus living including student staff supervision, student development, student support, conduct, and housing placements. The Associate Director will ensure that programs and services are consistent with the mission and goals of the Student Affairs department and Luther Seminary and contribute to the richness of the student experience and the quality of student life. Luther Seminary is a graduate institution with a variety of housing options for our diverse student body (including 71 rooms, 150 apartments, and 50 short term housing units). This position is responsible for tending to the residential experience needs for students and their families. The Associate Director resides on campus, in a house owned by the Seminary, and the position requires flexibility to work weekends and nights when necessary.
