In a lively congregation with a growing number of families with children, oversee the development and implementation of ministry with families including a program of Christian education, service and fellowship for ages 0-18. Collaborative mission tables, mission renewal opportunities for congregations seeking to revitalize their ministry, companion synod endeavors, and supervision and mentoring for mission developers have sought to broaden partnerships among local congregations and the synod and spark and multiply mission opportunities.
