Grace Lutheran Church of Andover is a vital congregation of more than 1,500 members seeking a full-time Director for Worship & Music. The position is responsible for the cooperative planning of worship and the musical life of the congregation. This includes conducting the Adult Choir, overseeing those who direct the Contemporary Worship Praise Teams, the children’s choir, brass groups, and various other musicians. The candidate will be an experienced musician and liturgical leader with strong keyboard skills and at least a Bachelors Degree in Music and 5 years of experience. Along with a strong musical education and background, the applicant should exhibit a humble, spiritual, and encouraging nature and enjoy collaborating with all ages.
