Director of Marketing

We are seeking a Director of Marketing for the new consumer imprint of sparkhouse – Sparkhouse Family – which creates books, Bibles, and videos for young children that both entertain and inspire faith. This role will drive brand awareness and rapid topline growth through brand management, channel development and optimization, direct and trade marketing, as well as publicity and social media. This position reports to the Vice President & Publisher of sparkhouse, and is responsible for supervising, guiding, and developing the marketing team to reach business goals. The Director of Marketing needs to possess the aptitude to critically judge creative work, and should have experience with religious book trade or consumer publishing or related media fields, as well as consumer products or video and film industry experience. As the Director of Marketing, your primary responsibility is to lead our marketing team through communications strategy, campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis of the sparkhouse brand and its products. This means managing the marketing team’s publicity and social media strategy; guiding the effective use of tools and tactics such as e-mail, web, and SEO; and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using a variety of data sources. A successful Director of marketing will have 5-7 years managing the strategic marketing of a brand and related products, and will possess a B.A. in Marketing or other closely related fields (M.A. encouraged). Bell Choir Director

Salem Lutheran Church in West St Paul MN is looking for a director to work with 2 of our bell choirs. One is an experienced group of players and one is a group of youth and adults who are learning to play the bells. The congregation has supported our music enthusiastically and bell choir members are enthusiastic about this ministry. We're looking for a director who can help us continue and build that enthusiasm. We have a set of 4 octave Malmark bells and 5 octaves Shulmerich as well as 4 octaves of hand chimes. Our regular practice is Wednesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:15. Shepherd of the Hills

The Organist/Pianist has primary responsibility for leading/accompanying musical/liturgical elements of services of worship at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church from the organ/piano.
