Luther Seminary’s Wee Care Early Childhood Education (ECE) center is seeking a flexible, innovative individual for the position of float lead teacher. This is an on-call position in which the teacher must be available to work flexible hours between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., based on the needs of Wee Care ECE. The float lead teacher teaches the requested curriculum while maintaining general supervision and management of the students within his/her responsibility. This position also requires administrative work as assigned by the Director of Wee Care ECE. Possibility of full-time hours as enrollment increases during the school year.
