St. Andrew Lutheran Church is a congregation of 5,000+ members seeking a full-time Worship & Music Minister. Worship is central to the life of St. Andrew Lutheran Church. As part of the worship planning team, the Worship & Music Minister will provide leadership to the team designing worship and coordinating music ministries that will capture the spirit of our people and engage our members fully in utilizing their gifts of music and creativity both as worship participants and music/worship leaders. Expertise at keyboard/piano and accompanying worship is a must; organ a plus. Ability to conceive, design, and implement creative music and worship experiences will be a key to success in this position, as will be the ability to coordinate and manage a large pool of volunteer and paid musicians of all ages.
