The Rev. Robert A. Olson, Mahtomedi, died on June 23 at the age of 85. Olson was ordained in 1954 and was pastor of Faith Lutheran in Isanti, Bethany Lutheran in Starbuck, and Trinity Lutheran in Benson before answering a call to chaplaincy. He served for many years as chaplain of Twin City Linnea Home, St. Paul.
The Rev. Andrew Rogness, Roseville, died on June 30 at the age of 62. Rogness was senior pastor at Prince of Peace, Roseville for nearly ten years. He also served as pastor at Advent, Madison, Wis. for 24 years, and as an interim pastor at St. Paul, Beloit, Wis.
